Our traditional Christmas pudding, made in our own kitchen to my Mothers much-loved Granary recipe. Rich with plump raisins, currants and mixed peel, with a generous splash of Guinness and Irish whiskey, then left to mature for the deepest flavour. Just steam or microwave, and serve with brandy butter or fresh cream. Serves 8 to 10.
